PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively lead a flow which has come out of a final-tier turbine blade to an exhaust outlet, reduce a pressure loss caused by interference by the flow toward the exhaust outlet, and improve the efficiency of a turbine. SOLUTION: An extraction chamber used for extracting an exhaust flow is provided at the turbine rotor side of the outlet of the final-tier turbine blade, and constituted to perform extraction from the direction of the entire perimeter of the rotor. Then a flow guide which has a hole for extraction or a slit is provided between the turbine rotor side of the outlet of the final-tier turbine blade and the casing side forming the exhaust chamber. Furthermore, a sealing function is provided to the extraction chamber, and the flow guide is placed so that it becomes smaller than the outer diameter of a disk. Then the shape of the casing which is connected to the flow guide is formed in agreement with the flow guide. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
