PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bumper integral type muffler structure capable of improving visual quality. SOLUTION: A bumper diffuser 22 is provided on an exhaust part 21 of a rear bumper 11, and a head end part of a muffler 41 is fitted in a cylindrical part 31 of the bumper diffuser 22 with a play. Thereafter, a shading plate 71 is externally fitted in the muffler 41, and a shielding part 73 is provided on the inside of an opening part 72 of the bumper diffuser 22. Additionally, a clearance 82 is secured between the shading plate 71 and the bumper 11, and the shading plate 71 is fixed on the muffler 41 with an inclinationαto be separated from the bumper 11 toward a plate lower edge 76 from a plate upper edge 75. Thereafter, the plate upper edge 75 of the shading plate 71 is projected upward from a virtual line 93 connecting a lower end of the rear panel and an upper edge 92 of an opening edge of the bumper diffuser 22 to each other, and the plate lower edge 76 is projected downward from a height position of a bumper lower end 101.
