PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body front part structure capable of securing sufficient supporting rigidity of a shroud and enhancing supporting rigidity of a front end part of a fender panel, in even a vehicle body having a front end of an apron reinforcement located on a rear side of the shroud and the fender panel extended up to the position of a rear end of a bumper face. SOLUTION: The shroud 1 on which vehicle parts are mounted is supported by front side frames 2 in its side parts. In the fender panel 6, the front end passes between the shroud 1 and a head lamp 5 and is extended up to the position of the rear end of the bumper face 4. In a side stay 10, the rear end is joined to the apron reinforcement 6 and the front end is joined to the front side frame 2, to support the vicinity of an upper end of the shroud 1 and the front end of the fender panel 6.
