PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a decorative sheet capable of small-R bend work at ambient temperature which has appearance of depth and coating, and has a diverse colorful appearance. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet comprises a thermoplastic resin film, a non-crystalline polyester resin film and a vinyl ester resin impregnated paper laminated and unified between the two films. The method comprises the steps of laminating the vinyl ester resin impregnated paper and the thermoplastic resin film so that abutting against each other and inserted in between two belts running in the same direction while facing each other, and heat pressing it to be formed.
