摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brazing material for brazing WC-Co materials to titanium alloys without forming a brittle braze interface. SOLUTION: A brazing material includes about 40 to about 60 percent by weight gold, about 5 to about 16 percent by weight nickel and about 35 to about 55 percent by weight copper. The brazing material is in homogeneous alloy form, or powder form or layered form, and has a brazing temperature of 950 to 980°C and a hardness of 450 to 600 KHN after brazing.
