Novel difluoromethylbenzanilides of the formula (I) in which R¹, R², R³, R⁴, R⁵ and Z are as defined in the description, a plurality of processes for preparing these compounds and their use for controlling unwanted microorganisms, and also novel intermediates and their preparation.
