The heat accumulator has heat exchanger (3) which is arranged in the low temperature area of the heat accumulator and a pipe (4) guides the storage water from the high temperature area down to the heat exchanger. A circulating pump (5) is arranged before a heat exchanger in position of a pipe and hot storage water can sucked by a pipe and can be pumped to the heat exchanger. An independent claim is included for heat exchanger.
