<p>The device has a rectangular moisture-impermeable protective layer (20) which is covered completely or in part on the upper side with a moisture-absorbing cleaning layer (30). The protective layer can be a sleeve which is open on one side so that the moisture-absorbing cleaning layer can be disposed on the outside thereof. The cleaning layer is made of a bio-degradable material such as cellulose or paper. The protective layer can be made from a foil of pressed corn starch.
