<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make image data available to a user in a uniform and fully automated fashion on a time basis. <P>SOLUTION: A method includes: a step for automatically determining anatomical reference marks (23) in the initial radiological image data (5) in order to project initial radiological image data (5) of at least a part of a brain into a neuroanatomical coordinate system; a step for rotating and/or displacing the initial radiological image data (5) in order to match at least a part of the anatomical reference marks (23) in the rotated and/or displaced image data (7) to an anatomical reference mark in the neuroanatomical coordinate system; and a step for transforming the rotated and/or displaced image data (7) into the neuroanatomical coordinate system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
