<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose only necessary personal information when there is an extraordinary situation. <P>SOLUTION: A face image display area 141, a seat position display area 142, a cabin image display area 143, a forward image display area 144, a rear image display area 145, a personal information display area 146, and a display completion button 147 are displayed in a personal information display image plane. For example, when there is an accident, and ambulance crews reach the accident site, since information such as names, contact addresses, and blood types that are necessary and permitted to be disclosed are displayed along with face images of occupants in a display part of on-board equipment, even if the accident is so serious that all occupants are unconscious, quick and accurate measures can be carried out.
