<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor related to a fitting method with good accuracy and high bonding strength of a photoreceptor and gear/flange members. <P>SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor has a photosensitive layer on a cylindrical substrate comprising a conductive resin composition. When gear/flange members formed of a resin are fitted in ends of the photoreceptor and fastened, the outside diameter of the fitting portions of the gear/flange members is larger than the inside diameter of the fitting portions of the substrate. The ends of the photoreceptor are heated, the gear/flange members are cooled or heating of the photoreceptor ends and cooling of the gear/flange members are simultaneously carried out, the gear/flange members are inserted into the photoreceptor ends, and then the temperatures of those are made equal to bond those. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
