PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid residual quantity measuring device, a liquid residual quantity measuring method, and an electronic apparatus, capable of precisely measuring the residual quantity of liquid using a simple circuit without having to use a sensor. SOLUTION: The liquid residual quantity measuring device is provided with a liquid container 12 where a delivery port 14 and a ventilation port 16 are formed; a conductive partition member 31, partitioning the inner space of the liquid container 12 into a region at the side of the delivery port 14 and a region at the side of the ventilation port 16; strip conductors 21-25, extending in the longitudinal direction in the liquid container 12, exposed partly to the outside of the liquid container 12, and having lengths different from each other; and a detection circuit 50 connected to the parts of the exposed strip conductors 21-25. As the liquid, charged in the region at the side of the delivery port 14, is discharged from the delivery port 14 and decreased and the partition member 31 approaches the side of the delivery port 14, the partition member 31 is brought into contact with the strip conductors 21-35, in the order. The detection circuit 50 detects, from among the strip conductors 21-25, the strip conductor brought into contact with the partition member by the voltages of the strip conductors 21-25 and measures the residual quantity of the liquid.
