PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balanced output amplification apparatus capable of suppressing an output voltage level without damaging sound quality, and ensuring separation performance even in triple-terminal headphone connection. SOLUTION: A balanced output amplification apparatus comprises: an operational amplifier 1 which amplifies and outputs an input signal S<SB>L</SB>without inversion; an operational amplifier 2 which inverts, amplifies and outputs the input signal S<SB>L</SB>; an operational amplifier 3 which amplifies and outputs an input signal S<SB>R</SB>without inversion; and an operational amplifier 4 which inverts, amplifies and outputs the input signal S<SB>R</SB>. In the balanced output amplification apparatus, the operational amplifier 2 and an inverse phase output terminal 10 are connected via resistors R1 and R5, the operational amplifier 1 and a forward phase output terminal 9 are connected via a resistor R7, the operational amplifier 4 and an inverse phase output terminal 12 are connected via resistors R2 and R6, and the operational amplifier 3 and a forward phase output terminal 11 are connected via a resistor R8.
