PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation method for a noise countermeasure capable of separating accurately positions and directions of a plurality of noise sources to simulate a sound insulation effect of a sound insulating wall, even when the plurality of noise sources exist. SOLUTION: The directions of the respective sound sources A, B are separated using a method of separating the plurality of sound sources by imagining sound vectors A5, B5 from the respective sound sources input into a reference microphone M5 to estimate the directions of the respective sound sources A, B, in assumption that a level of the sound vector expressing an observed sound of each microphone expresses a level of an amplitude of a sound from the sound source with respect to an amplitude of the observed sound input into the microphone serving as a reference, and in assumption that a phase angle thereof expresses a phase difference with respect to the observed sound, when simulating levels of the arrived sounds from the plurality of noise sources, and levels of the noises from the plurality of sound sources A, B are respectively calculated thereafter to simulate the effect of the sound insulating wall.
