PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize sufficient nursing support according to service shift change, service condition and the like of nursing persons. SOLUTION: A nurse call slave unit 1, a nurse call master unit 2, a portable terminal 3, an exchange device 4, a base station 5, and a nurse control unit 6 are provided. The exchange device 4 includes: a table recording unit 42 for recording a table in which a nurse's ID and a terminal are correlated; and a control unit 41 having: a first control function for changing the correlation of the nurse's ID and the portable terminal in the table by entering the nurse's ID and re-writing the nurse's ID and the terminal number, and a second control function for referring to the table and reading the terminal number of the portable terminal corresponding to the nurse's ID, if the nurse's ID transmitted from the nurse call control unit 6 according to the call of the nurse call slave unit 1 is received, and for calling the corresponding portable terminal through the base station 5.
