<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser device which has a mode restriction aperture in a resonator and can emit laser light of high quality. <P>SOLUTION: The laser device which has the resonator composed of a laser medium 5, a total reflection mirror, and a partial reflection mirror has the mode restriction aperture 4a arranged on a laser optical path between the laser medium 5 and partial reflection mirror, and the mode restriction aperture 4a is provided with an antireflection means for preventing laser light which is reflected and scattered on a periphery of the aperture hole without passing through the aperture hole from making incident on the laser medium 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
