<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser machine capable of suppressing contamination of dust in an optical path unit accommodating a mirror and a condensing lens even when the laser machine is stopped, preventing deposition of dust on the mirror and the condensing lens, and efficiently machining a work with excellent accuracy even during the re-operation after the laser machine is once stopped. <P>SOLUTION: The laser machine 1 comprises a laser oscillator 2, an optical path unit 3 having mirrors 12, 14, 16 for reflecting laser beams oscillated from the laser oscillator 2 and a condensing lens 18 for condensing the laser beams, and an incident unit 4 for connecting the laser oscillator 2 to the optical path unit 3. A pressurizing means 19 for maintaining the internal pressure of the optical path unit 3 to be higher than the atmospheric pressure is provided on the optical path unit 3, and an openable/closable gate 20 is provided on the incident unit 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
