<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stable spouting operation for a content to the last regardless of the advancement of a delaminating phenomenon as a part constituting a regulating function part for a crashing deformation shape of an inner layer combined with one adhesive layer exhibits a hard releasing force necessary for the inner layer, in a delaminating bottle. <P>SOLUTION: In the delaminating bottle, a definite regulating force is made to act on the crashing deformation of the inner layer 2 by a longitudinal strip of adhesive layer 9 and a pinching part 5 positioned on the opposite side of this adhesive layer 9 and holding a part of the inner layer 2 pinched by a part of an outer layer 1.
