<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of a defect by predicting occurrence time of the defect when products are produced lot by lot. <P>SOLUTION: A CPU 11 determines an average value and standard deviationσof measuring data of the products of a predetermined lot input by a user using a keyboard 16 based on the measuring data, and sequentially predicts 6σdata ranges of first to tenth lots after the predetermined lot based on them, initial data of the average value, and initial data of the standard deviationσ. When the CPU 11 determines that the 6σdata range of the p-th lot, out of the 6σdata ranges of first to tenth lots, is determined to be out of a predetermined specification width, it issues warning using a display 18, and displays a time at which a defect can occur in the products on the display 18 using the value of p. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
