摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for measuring flow rate, capable of stabilizing flow in a passage for measurement, even when the pulsating frequency of a mainstream flowing through a main passage is changed, and of reducing the flow rate measurement errors. <P>SOLUTION: The passage 5 for measurement has an inflow port 21, which opens in the vicinity of an end part of a face that is orthogonal to the flow direction A of the mainstream of a body part oriented upstream, and an outflow port 31 which opens in an end face in extension direction of the body part. A first passage part 22 extends from the inflow port 21 to a first bent part 23 along the flow direction A of the mainstream, a second passage part 24 extends from the first bent part 23 toward a circuit storage part 12, while being orthogonal to the flow direction A of the mainstream to a second bent part 25; a third passage part 26 extends from the second bent part 25 to a third bent part 27 along the flow direction A of the mainstream; a fourth passage part 28 extends from the third bent part 27 to a fourth bent part 29, in a direction orthogonal to the flow direction A of the mainstream and parting from the circuit storage part 12; and a fifth passage part 30 extends from the fourth bent part 29 in the opposite direction of the flow direction A of the mainstream and is connected to the outflow port 31. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p>
