<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and easy-to-adjust structure, capable of performing intake and discharge of compressed gas at optimal timing with a single check valve. <P>SOLUTION: This damper is provided with a base 56 including a supply and a delivery ports, a bellows 64 having a pressure receiving plate part 66 formed in an upper side and having a lower end side connected to the base 56, a housing 54 having an inside thereof divided into an upper space 54b and a lower space 54a in a bellows under a base connection condition, an intake and a discharge ports 70, 72 provided in such a manner that the same can communicates with the upper space 54b, and a check valve mechanism enabling introduction and discharge of compressed gas to and from the upper space 54b. The check valve mechanism is composed of a valve case 74 including a first passage 74a communicating with the intake port and a second passage 74b communicating with the discharge port, and a piston valve 76 connected to a pressure receiving plate part 66 and slidably inserted through the valve case and moving up and down with accompanying extension and contraction of the bellows according to a supply condition of transport fluid to the lower space and including an intake and discharge passage 76a communicating with the first passage at moving up position and communicating with the second passage at moving down position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
