PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blow-by gas reduction device, provided on an internal combustion engine capable of reduced cylinder operation, capable of inhibiting formation of sludge caused by blow-by gas. SOLUTION: PCV devices 9L, 9R are provided on each bank 2L, 2R of a V-type engine E. A PCV valve 97 L of the PCV device 9L of the deactivation side bank 2L is fully closed and a PCV valve 97 R of the PCV device 9R of the operation side bank 2R is opened to ventilate an inside of a crank chamber 61 during reduced cylinder operation of the engine E. Since negative pressure is not generated in an oil separator 92L in the deactivation side bank 2L, oil in the oil separator 92L can be smoothly discharged into the crank chamber 61 and formation of sludge can be avoided.
