PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure uniform fastening of a cylinder block by a plurality of head bolts in a two-cycle multicylinder internal combustion engine in which cylinders 4 with scavenge ports 5 are arranged in a row and a cylinder head is fastened to the cylinder block with the plurality of bolts. SOLUTION: A part 4b with no scavenge port is formed at a part in a circumferential direction when seen from an axial direction of each cylinder. Head bolts 13a close to the part with no scavenge port in each cylinder out of the head bolts are long head bolts screwed with a cylinder block at the lower portions of the scavenge ports so that the long head bolts go over the scavenge ports. The other head bolts are short head bolts screwed with the cylinder block at the upper portions of the scavenge ports so that the short head bolts do not go over the scavenge ports.
