PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pan tile construction method for providing safety and durability over a long period after construction by imparting a strong skeleton structure to an important place by reducing weight of a ridge by minimizing use of a wet material while improving aseismatic performance by surely fixing a pantile of a rooftop part and the wet material on its pantile. SOLUTION: A nail or a screw having a predetermined part projecting upward from the pantile and having a bending structure in this projecting part, is respectively fixed to the pantile of the rooftop part, and the pantile and a base surface part on its pantile are surely fixed by banking up the wet material so as to surround this nail or the screw. Weight of the ridge is reduced by reducing the quantity of wet material used by partially placing the wet material between ridge tiles placed in a plurality of stages. Falling-in is prevented by surely pressing down a structure from above by being fixed to a lower sash bar by the nail by arranging a core material composed of a resin material along the ridge from above its plate material by putting the plate material of imparting a spring property by bending one plate-like metallic material from above the ridge tile of the uppermost stage.
