PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ridge ventilation structure capable of sufficiently ventilating the rear of a roof by natural ventilation and having excellent strong wind resistance, waterproofness, and construction efficient. SOLUTION: This ridge ventilation structure comprises a first ventilation port 13 formed in a ridge and opening to the rear 12 of the roof, a ridge cover 4 mounted on the ridge through the entire length, covering the ridge and the first ventilation port, having a lateral extending air flow passage 26 formed therein, having a second ventilation port 15 formed at a predetermined upper surface position, and leading the air at the rear of the roof from the first ventilation port to the second ventilation port through the air flow passage, and a ventilation cover 22 fixedly disposed on the upper surface of the ridge cover while covering the second ventilation port and forming a space part 27 over the second ventilation port, having an opening 28 communicating with a space part 27 and opening downward formed between at least one side thereof and the corresponding side of the ridge cover, and discharging the air led from the second ventilation port 15 to the space part from the opening 28 to the outside.
