PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base plate for exhibition panels having excellent heat resistance and causing no detachment of media or waviness due to water absorption even in an outdoor exhibition exposed to window and rain and an exhibition panel using the base plate. SOLUTION: The base plate for exhibition panels consists of a thermoplastic resin foam board laminated, on one or both sides, with water-resistant paper of a water absorption of≤10% through a heat-fusible adhesion.
