PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propylene resin composition having a small specific gravity and exhibiting excellent rigidity and impact resistance, its manufacturing method and an injection molded item composed of the resin composition. SOLUTION: The propylene resin composition comprises a propylene/ethylene block copolymer satisfying (1) and (2) below, a fibrous inorganic filler, a non-fibrous inorganic filer and an elastomer. The injection-molded item composed of the same is also provided. (1) A propylene/ethylene random copolymer portion is comprised of a propylene/ethylene random copolymer component (EP-A) and a propylene/ethylene random copolymer component (EP-B), where the EP-A has intrinsic viscosity of at least 1.5 dL/g and at most 8 dL/g and an ethylene content of at least 20 wt.% and less than 50 wt.%, and the EP-B has intrinsic viscosity of at least 0.5 dL/g and at most 8 dL/g and an ethylene content of at least 50 wt.% and at most 80 wt.%.
