PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable effective blocking of a dishonest act committed onto a door hinge mechanism in an upper hinge structure which keeps two hinge mechanisms arrayed adjacent to each other at the upper part of the machine body. SOLUTION: Arranged at the left upper end corner part of the game machine are a frame upper hinge mechanism WH1 having an outer frame 1 and a front frame 2 connected with a hinge and a door upper hinge mechanism TH1 having the front frame 2 and a glass door 5 connected with a hinge in proximity to each other. The frame upper hinge mechanism WH1 comprises a front frame side hinge fixture 120 fixed on the front frame 2 having a shaft part 123 protruding upward and an outer frame side hinge fixture 110 fixed on the outer frame 1 having a bearing part 113 for receiving the shaft part 123 being fitted into it. The door upper hinge mechanism TH1 comprises a pin member 323 which is so pivoted on the upper part of the glass door 5 as to be displaceable vertically at an angle of sliding and energized upward and a pin receiving hole 128 which receives and gets the tip of the pin member engaged with it and the pin receiving hole 128 is opened on the undersurface side of the front frame side hinge fixture 120 to be formed in the shaft part 123.
