The heat discharge unit comprises a housing (3) with a fluid inlet (323) communicating with the interior (33) thereof to receive a coolant which is discharged through a fluid outlet (324). Numerous partitions (41, 42) are arranged in the interior to divide it up into numerous chambers which are connected together in an end-to-end connection so that the chambers form one continuous wound channel connected at each end to the fluid inlet and outlet respectively. Each chamber has several heat discharge fins (43, 44,45).
