PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a resin sheet having small linear expansion coefficient, excellent optical properties and reduced content of residual volatile components, and effective for suppressing the generation of volatile components in heat-treatment to suppress the surface crack and foaming and keep surface smoothness. SOLUTION: The transparent resin sheet (c) composited with a glass cloth is produced by impregnating a mixture of (a-1) a silicone resin and (a-2) a curable resin in (b) a glass cloth and curing the mixed solution to composite the curable silicone resin (a) as a cured product with the glass cloth (b), wherein the content of the volatile components in the mixed solution before curing is≤5 wt.% based on the mixed solution.
