PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the housing amount of a sealant in a container unit corresponding to the kind or the like of a pneumatic tire becoming a puncture repairing target in either one of cases before and after mounting with respect to the mounting part of the container unit in which the sealant is housed. SOLUTION: In this puncture repairing apparatus, the container unit 22 is equipped with a base container 24 and the cartridge container 26 made connectable to the base container and connected to the base container 24 increase the housing amount of the sealant 36 in the container unit and can become both of an increase state wherein the cartridge container is connected to the base container and a base state wherein the cartridge container is detached from the base container. If the cartridge container is connected to the base container to set the container unit to the increase state, the housing amount of the sealant can be increased and, if the container unit is set to the base state that the cartridge container is detached from the base container, the housing amount of the sealant in the container unit can be reduced.
