PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease a required space of a printing process unit which carries out foil transfer. SOLUTION: A printing process unit 100 has an application system 50 for applying adhesive 2 according to a territory on a medium 1 to be printed, and a transfer system 10 which transfers a transfer layer 3 stuck to a support foil 5 by a separation layer 6 onto the medium 1 to be printed in a transfer clearance 16 by push action to be stuck only to an area covered by the adhesive 2 of the medium 1. A transfer foil supply roller 21 and a transfer foil winding roller 27 which are provided back and forth the transfer clearance 16 are arranged up and down above the unit comprising a transfer system 10 and the application system 50 so that both maximum outer peripheries 21', 27' overlap each other.
