PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid mixing apparatus which eases a change amount of a fluid of which the physical property value changes temporally to enable a general purpose. SOLUTION: A downstream end of an upstream side piping 11 linked to an ironmaking plant and an upstream end of a downstream side piping 12 linked to a gas turbine are joined by a plurality of branch passages 21-30 to make the length of each of the branch passages different, by which the fluid introduced from the upstream side piping 11 into each of the branch passages 21-30 is supplied to the downstream side piping 12 for mixing with different delay times by each of the branch passages 21-30.
