PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a load response type braking hydraulic control device capable of easily adjusting a relative upper/lower positional relation of a proportioning valve and a rod spring and securing a wide mounting space without interfering with mounting of other parts. SOLUTION: This structure is provided with an upper part connecting part fixed to a shackle bracket, a lower part connecting part provided in a shackle, and a length adjusting member expandably connected to each of the upper part connecting part and the lower part connecting part to connect/disconnect the shackle bracket and the shackle.
