PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the prevention of the backflow of hot air after the cooling of a radiator in an engine compartment, even if a hood is opened/closed, and to prevent a deterioration in the maintainability and inspectability of each member installed on a revolving base, by maintaining peripheral alignment in closing and enhancing mountability. SOLUTION: A ground work device 5 is arranged in the front of the revolving base 10; a swing cylinder 23 is arranged on one side; an engine 15 is arranged on the other side; a hydraulic oil tank 17 and a fuel tank 18 are arranged in the rear; a counterweight 73 is arranged in the rearmost position; a driver's seat 26 is provided on a platform 16 above the revolving base 10; an operating device 28 for traveling and an operating device 29 for operating the ground work device are provided; and the hood 35 for covering the top surface and outer surface of the engine 15 in the engine compartment 14, a fixed cover part 66A for covering the top surface and outer surface of the radiator 57, a front cover 36 for covering a front surface of the engine compartment 14, and a lateral lower cover 37 for covering an arrangement space for the swing cylinder 23 between the revolving base 10 and the front of the platform 16 are openably/closably provided.
