PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter for a display that prevents changes in spectral characteristics attributed to degradation of a dye even for long-term use, and to provide a display to which the filter is stuck. SOLUTION: The filter for a display has a layered structure comprising at least a support base and a dye layer containing a dye in a binder resin, wherein at least one kind of the binder resin component constituting the dye layer is a polymer having a dye skeleton.
