Disclosed are a novel deformylase inhibitor having excellent activity or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a preparation process thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same as an active ingredient. The disclosed deformylase inhibitor is effective against bacteria having resistance to prior antibacterial agents and has a broad spectrum of activity.
