The system has a climate housing (21) into which an air channel is formed for conducting an air flow into a vehicle-passenger compartment. A heat exchanger (22) is arranged in the climate housing for exchanging heat between air and cooling medium. An air mixed flap (28) has a flap body section (282) and adjusts a volume ratio of the air flow that flows through another heat exchanger (23), to an airflow that flows through a by-pass channel (25). The flap body section is moved to the former heat exchanger in a position in which the air channel is completely closed.
