<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the effect of air supply to an air pole of a fuel cell by further accelerating a rise of high temperature air utilizing the heating within a video display unit for achieving the efficient power generation. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel cell is placed in a tubular container with an air pole attached to the downside and a fuel pole attached to the upside.
