<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution panel easily replaced even if a space for installing a new distribution panel can not be reserved in a distribution panel room and a system is not allowed to halt for a long time, and to provide a construction method for replacing the distribution panel. <P>SOLUTION: The distribution panel is rectangular, and has vertical movement mechanisms attached to four corners at a bottom and vertically moving the distribution panel as a horizontal state at the bottom of the distribution panel is maintained, and a drive mechanism for driving the vertical movement mechanisms at the bottom of the distribution panel.
