PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device which resists external noise and static electricity. SOLUTION: The imaging device has an imaging part 109, including an imaging element for changing an imaged subject image to an electrical signal; a signal processing part 205 for processing an electrical signal output from the imaging part, a monitor part 17, including a monitor for displaying the imaged image, based on the electrical signal from the signal processing part; a record part 204 for recording the subject image which is imaged by the imaging part; a power supply part 42 for supplying power source to the imaging device; and a conductive frame 40, which holds each of the parts and is also electrically connected to each of the parts.
