<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid droplet jetting apparatus and a liquid transporting apparatus wherein the shape of a liquid channel is simplified, and also a high reliability in electrical connection of an actuator and a wiring member can be secured without the entire apparatus being made large. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of pressure chambers 14 and a part of a manifold 17 are arranged adjacent to each other along a plane. A diaphragm 30 of a piezoelectric actuator 3 extends from a region opposed to the plurality of pressure chambers 14 to a region opposed to the manifold 17. Moreover, a plurality of contact parts 35 formed on a top face of a piezoelectric layer 31 are led out from a plurality of discrete electrodes 32 to the region opposed to the manifold 17, respectively. A plurality of supporting parts 25 are formed in a passage unit 2, which are in touch with a face of the manifold 17 side of the diaphragm 30 and also extend from an internal face of the manifold 17 to positions opposed to the plurality of contact parts 35, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
