PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform incoming call transfer control regarding an extension mobile phone terminal without requiring any setting operation and cancel operation of call forwarding setting by a user. SOLUTION: A telephone control apparatus 1 manages terminal registration of a mobile phone terminal 2 in response to periodical terminal registration from the relevant mobile phone terminal 2. In the case of call incoming to the mobile phone terminal 2, when the relevant mobile phone terminal 2 is registered, incoming call is notified to the relevant mobile phone terminal 2 via an extension radio channel 3A and when the relevant mobile phone terminal 2 is not registered, on the basis of a preset forwarding destination telephone number of the relevant mobile phone terminal 2, a relevant incoming call is forwarded to the mobile phone terminal 2 via a communication line 4A.
