PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope cooling apparatus capable of improving the insertion performance to an inspection object of an endoscope insertion part while maintaining the bending performance of the endoscope insertion part, and to provide a heat-resistant endoscope with the endoscope cooling apparatus. SOLUTION: Regarding the endoscope cooling apparatus 1 for cooling the endoscope insertion part 6 having a bendable bend part 11, the cooling apparatus 1 includes a guide tube 27 with an insertion hole 31 for inserting the endoscope insertion part 6, and a cooling connection part 32 provided to connect to a fluid supply means 26 for supplying cooling fluid. The guide tube 27 includes a covering part 42 which covers the bend part 11 and an part 43 to be covered. The covering part 42 is made more flexible than the part 43 to be covered.
