RESIN SLIDING MEMBER AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding material capable of coping with severe sliding conditions for increasing a PV value and fluctuating it while load P fluctuates sharply and rotational number V of a shaft fluctuates sharply because the shaft vibrates minutely in the orthogonal direction in accordance with absorption and discharge of refrigerant of a compressor in a pulsating manner. SOLUTION: This resin sliding member is composed of a copper alloy layer 3 sintered on a back metal unit 1 and the sliding material 2 containing PTFE baked at a melting point of PTFE or more and solid lubricant as main components to prevent a boundary layer 4 from being substantially existent at a boundary of a part in which the sliding material 2 is impregnated in a sintered empty hole of the copper alloy layer 3 and a membrane forming part on the copper alloy layer 3 or the membrane forming part.
