PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hose fastening structure having good cutting resistance when fastened by a clamp and enabling fastening in a conventional manner. SOLUTION: This hose fastening structure comprises a silicon rubber hose 1 externally fitted to a mating pipe 2 and the clamp 3 externally fitted to the outer periphery of a fitting part 14 of the hose 1 and fixing the hose 1 to the mating pipe 2 by reducing the diameter. The hose fastening structure is provided with an interference layer 4 formed by winding an adhesive tape 40 having the width wider than that of the clamp 3 on the outer peripheral face of the fitting part 14.
