PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit capable of preventing shocks and huntings during starting of an actuator even though a throttle is not miniaturized so much. SOLUTION: The load sensing control unit comprises an adjustable discharged amount type pump P, a regulator 1 for controlling discharged capacity of the adjustable discharged amount type pump, control valves 2 and 3 connected with the adjustable discharged amount type pump, the actuators 4 and 5 connected with the control valves, a pilot passage 9 for leading load pressure of the actuator to a pilot pressure chamber 1a of the regulator, and an unload valve 11 connecting between the adjustable discharged amount type pump and control valve. A first throttle 14 as a pilot passage is arranged on a pilot passage position at a downstream side rather than the other pilot chamber of the unload valve, and a second throttle 16 is arranged on a position at an upstream side against a flow flowing to the pilot pressure chamber of the regulator.
