PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve diagnostic frequency, by selecting execution of leakage diagnosis during engine operation or execution of the leakage diagnosis after engine stop based on the condition in a fuel tank. SOLUTION: In an evaporated fuel treatment system 100, evaporated fuel in the fuel tank 10 is purged into an intake passage 2. A first leak diagnosis means 30 executing leak diagnosis of the evaporated fuel system 100 during the engine operation, a second leak diagnosis means 30 executing leak diagnosis of the evaporated fuel system 100 during the engine stop, and a determination means 30 determining execution of the first leak diagnosis or the second leak diagnosis, are provided.
