PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform appropriate warning while suppressing uncomfortable feeling. SOLUTION: This on-vehicle annunciator is provided with: an oscillator 22 for generating oscillation to give a driver; a seat warning ECU20 for controlling the oscillator 22; and an oscillation sensor 16 for detecting oscillation of a vehicle 100.
