PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a screen plate which reduces a strain and thus enables high-precision printing. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the combination-stretch screen plate 1 has a process of stretching a support screen 5, a process of stretching a screen 3 for printing, a process for joining the screen for printing to the stretched support screen while the screen for printing is left stretched, a process wherein the support screen is stretched in a screen frame 7, a process wherein the portion of the support screen whereon the screen for printing is superposed, out of the portions constituting the support screen, is removed after the joining.
